On a Mission to Elevate the Beauty Industry

I’m Gina Bianca, and I’ve spent over 15 years immersed in the beauty industry as a hairstylist, salon owner, educator, and entrepreneur. My career began at Paul Mitchell The School, where I learned from mentors like Robert Cromeans and Nick Arrojo, but my relentless drive to adapt and innovate has shaped the path I’ve created. I’ve taught in 40+ states and internationally, building a 7-figure independent education business entirely on my own, and I’m proud to lead with transparency, humor, and authenticity.

As the owner of The Network Salon, I’ve navigated the challenges of salon ownership for over a decade, continuously evolving my business to meet the demands of a changing industry. Staying connected to the salon keeps me grounded and allows me to bring fresh, real-world insights to my coaching and education. One of my proudest achievements is creating The Network Mastermind, a program designed to empower hairstylists and salon owners with coaching, education, and actionable tools to grow year after year.

I’ve also launched my own product line, hosted a podcast for over six years, and led transformative retreats for salon owners. My work has been featured in Beauty Launchpad, Modern Salon, Elite Daily, and Behind the Chair, but I don’t do it for the accolades. What drives me is helping others break through barriers, create lives they love, and succeed on their own terms.



Beyond work, I’m a proud mom, 4 years sober, and passionate about giving back. I love cooking for my family, spending cozy days at home, and sharing my recovery journey to inspire others. I live by the mantra, “Be a blessing, and you will be blessed,” and I believe life isn’t happening to me—it’s happening for me. My ultimate goal is to elevate the beauty industry and leave behind a legacy of empowerment, innovation, and giving back.
